The deal gives Saudi Arabia the ability to buy precision-guided missiles from the United States. In Abu-Dhabi yesterday, Bush sought Arab support for an agreement to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He said putting an end to the fighting would help bring about a more peaceful Middle East.
