IDF operations against terrorist cells in the Gaza Strip responsible for Qassam rocket and mortar fire conitune on a daily basis, as does Qassam rocket fire on Sderot. Three Islamic Jihad terrorists were killed, as well as two children who were standing next to the rocket launchers. The question remains whether such pinpoint operations, however successful, merely represent a means of postponing a necessary large-scale ground operation. 08/22/07
