Newly-appointed Quartet Middle East envoy Tony Blair concluded his first visit to Israel and the Palestinian Authority Tuesday. Expectations were not high on all sides, but Blair will be back to the region in the new future to promote Palestinian state and institution-building and the political process. 07/25/07
