This is the Side Crunch and as a beginner, lifting one are and one leg toward each other will do just fine. However, if you can do the Advanced version, that’s great! In the Advanced version you want lift both legs and try to go with the beat of the music.

For the Freak of Nature level, you can wear a weighted vest, ankle weights, and hold one dumbbell in your hand.
