Wikipedia is staging an online black out of all of its English pages on Wednesday, January 18, 2012, to protest against SOPA and PIPA. The anti-piracy legislation would police illegal copying and sharing of music and movies online. Maureen Aladin has an idea who will suffer the most during this 24-hour shut down.
