http://www.nma.tv The seven month on the lunar calendar is Ghost Month in Taiwan. The whole island becomes a huge party zone. People put out huge spreads of goodies for the ghostly "good fellas" (hao xiong di) from all corners of the world. Also, the Taiwanese believe that ghosts can only receive stuff after it's burned. So in Chinese heaven, the only way for a western ghost to get stuff will be some bad cooking, better luck next life folks! Anyway, the big celebration is this coming Sunday (Aug. 15).
