http://www.nma.tv/ Racist jibes from Top Gear presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May have angered Mexico. Presenters Richard Hammond called Mexicans "feckless" and "lazy". He said a Mexican-made sports car would mirror national stereotypes: "They're going to be a lazy, feckless, flatulent ... leaning against a fence asleep, looking at a cactus with a blanket with a hole in the middle on as a coat". Presenter James May described Mexican food as "re-fried sick". Jeremy Clarkson said Mexico's ambassador wouldn't notice the remarks because he would be sleeping. Mexico's ambassador Eduardo Medina-Mora Icaza was indeed paying attention and fired off a letter to the BBC, demanding an apology.
