Lampard "goal" increases calls for video technology in football

Lampard's shot clearly crossed the line, and came when England were trailing 2-1, before they went on to lose 4-1 to Germany in their World Cup round of 16 game. But the goal was not given, much to the amazement of the Chelsea midfielder and England coach Fabio Capello.
