Lenovo's new X1 Hybrid laptop offers an innovative solution to the question of power management. By housing two seperate processors, the computer allows for a user to switch between a full-powered Intel i-Core and a tiny, low power ARM processor. This "Instant Media Mode" (IMM) doubles the battery life of the machine. However, it is limited to accessing a small 16GB drive of content.
