Sky Link Innovators won a 2010 Ashden Award. They are popularising the use of biogas as a viable source of fuel in order to protect Kenya's disappearing forests and for providing rural communities with access to a clean, cheap and safe alternative for cooking. This Award for Avoided Deforestation is supported by the Waterloo Foundation.
