Rahul Gandhi highlighted that Congress is committed to work for the poor. “We want to serve the poor. There is no shortage of funds. Our country is fast developing. We send the money for you under various schemes. But those funds do not reach you as the elephant in Lucknow eats it up,” he lamented.
