British singer George Michael was discharged from a Vienna hospital on Thursday after weeks of treatment for severe pneumonia, according to an Austrian newspaper. The report on the newspaper's website said the 48-year-old singer walked to a waiting limousine that took him to the airport. Michael's publicist said the newspaper story was based on rumors.
Former "American Idol" finalist Adam Lambert was arrested in Finland, and blamed his bad behavior on travel, booze and "irrational confusion." The 29 year old singer was involved in an argument in a Helsinki bar with his boyfriend, a Finnish reality TV star. Their quarrel became physical and the pair were arrested, questioned then later released by authorities, according to media reports. Lambert, whose colorful costumes and makeup earned him the nickname "Glambert," released his newest single "Better Than I Know Myself" on Tuesday (December 20).
