THE FLOORS TURNED OUT GREAT! Needless to say, the floors turned out great! They restored the floors back to the natural color and luster they were meant to be and their process made any chips and imperfections virtually impossible to see. I'm really happy I went with this company who showed up on time, took the time to answer my questions and concerns, and got the job done in about 4 hours, instead of paying double for a sanding refinishing whose result that would look just about the same.
