In China's Henan Province, private healthcare clinics have been spreading Hepatitis C by reusing dirty needles. Many of those now infected are children.
This isn't the first time doctors in Henan have been making people sicker. In the 1990s, HIV spread rapidly through the region because of tainted blood transfusions. The transfusions were part of corrupt blood plasma buying schemes.
As China's population explodes, demand for healthcare increases, and the Chinese regime has not been able to keep up.
