Just a day after Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi wrapped up his five-day Jan Sampark Yatra in Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Mayawati is holding a massive rally of dalits in Lucknow today. Dalits, who are believed to be the Chief Minister's most loyal supporters, have been brought from all across the state and have converged at the Ramabai Ambedkar ground in the city for this mega rally.
