KFI AM 640 News reports that the L.A. Sheriff's Department has opened a criminal investigation on Atty. Joel Bander for his loan litigation program where he is alleged to have "scammed" some 800 homeowners, many of whom lost their homes to foreclosure despite paying the Bander Law Firm thousands of dollars.
