So, we are going to start on the floor and cross position so, legs straight up in the air. Elbows as far back as they can go. And make sure that you are really contracting your abs so that you are on your lower back. Let us start with our right foot on top. You are going to take the left foot all the way down and around so it lands on your left hamstring. Then, from here, you are going to take the right foot straight down. The left foot is going to come back up the way it started and the right is going to hook right up underneath it, both going in half circles until the open at the top. Of course, this move only looks good if it is done a little bit faster. So, here is what it looks like. And that is the Flowering V.
