Dramatic footage from Brazil... a police vehicle chases a plane as it tries to take off.
The car catches up to the plane, and rams into it's wing to prevent it from going any further.
Police suspect the plane was to be used to smuggle illegal electronic goods from Paraguay.
The plane is loaded with $115,000 dollars worth of electronic gear such as laptops, printers and security cameras were seized by the police and put on display.
In June, Paraguay and Brazil signed a bilateral security agreement to combat the smuggling of drugs and other illicit goods between the two countries.
