Lohan sentenced to 30 days in jail

Lindsay Lohan was ordered to return to jail because she violated her probation. On Wednesday (November 02), a Los Angeles judge ordered the actress to complete 30 days in a county jail, and serve an additional 270 should she violate her probation again. She must surrender to authorities by November 09.
Judge Stephanie Sautner also gave Lohan a strict schedule to compete her remaining probation - which must now be done entirely at a L.A. morgue. The judge set a minimum number of community service days and psychotherapy sessions to finish every month - and if she completes that, she will not have to serve the 270 days in jail.
The sentence is actually more lenient than many had predicted. Especially since, due to jail over-crowding in California, Lohan may actually serve as little as 6 days of her 30 day sentence.
