Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi is speaking during a Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya function. She was talking in a function to inaugurate the playing ground there. The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya was a brain child of Rajiv Gandhi our former Prime Minister said Sonia Gandhi. This school is giving education to a number of poor and underprivileged children and that is a positive fact added Congress President. She also recalled the contributions of Rajiv Gandhi for implementing Panchayati Raj.
