Powerful floods sweep across northern Italy - where at least five people have been killed and several others are missing.
A regional disaster has been declared in Liguria, as tonnes of muddy water gush through small villages.
This amateur video shows a violent torrent rushing through the centre of Monterosso - a popular tourist town in the northeast of the country.
Emergency crews have been struggling to clear debris from roadways after mudslides blocked them - while drivers found many spots impassable.
Some 300 people were also said to have been rescued from their homes in nearby Tuscany.
