Video captures drunk driver in Niagara Square, Buffalo NY. Van driver almost runs into Occupy Buffalo movement protesters, then drives around the block at high speed. The van hits a white truck on the second pass, pushing the truck up onto the sidewalk. The driver was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated for having children in the van during his rampage.
