They always ask me how they maintain their necklaces from getting tangled and also how to clean their silver jewelry. For the first one, I always tell people, "Do not throw all your necklaces all in a jumble in your jewelry box." You should always keep them separated. For example, like this in a plastic pouch with one end of it hanging out. This prevents all the necklaces from becoming one big jumbled mess. It is key to separate them this way. And the second question is: How do I keep my silver jewelry clean? And I actually do not recommend buying creams or chemical dips. The best thing to do for your jewelry, and actually safest and fastest, is something that you have in your kitchen. All you need is baking soda. So, when you take all your tarnished silver jewelry, you just have to place it in an aluminum tin. Or even just some kind of container that has aluminum foil. You put your silver jewelry inside, you sprinkle a couple tablespoons of the baking soda and then you have to pour boiling hot water over the silver. And that literally lifts the tarnish right off. You just rinse off with clean water and you are done.
