Lagato Shine, is no stranger to the music game but it was last year that he was truly able to emerge and shine as a solo emcee after years of working with groups and other artists. Since then he has become an MTV favorite with video shine on MTV2, Jams and MTV-U’s ‘Video Freshmen’ as well as the honor of Sucker Free’s ‘Freestyle of the Week.’
Here is the second single from his upcoming self-titled album, dropping later this year via The Orchard, with whom Lagato has a distribution deal for his label, Last Run Entertainment. “Hold Dat” features Billy Danze of the infamous M.O.P.
