AICC general secretary Rahul Gandhi during his three-day tour to Bundelkhand, reached out to the minority Muslim community by holding meetings and interacting with the locals. After making a night stay at the house of Shabbir Ali, Gram Pradhan of Muslim populated Matcha-Kamaria village in Hamirpur district, Rahul Gandhi visited another Muslim dominated Ghusiyari Village in Banda. He held a chaupal there and discussed with villagers regarding the welfare schemes of the central government and inquired about their implementation. He also inquired about party candidates in the region. Before leaving he visited the Darul-Uloom Rabbania Arabic College and interacted with the students.
