The scene opens with a business conference. A women explains about their business and the heroine praises her. Then a conversation goes between hero and heroine in that conference resulting in the chief of that company inquiring about the hero. This is the Telugu dubbed version of hit Hindi film Fareb. Manoj Bajpai is the hero, Shilpa Shetty plays his wife and Shamita plays a client of Manoj's ad agency. The film is a romantic love triangle. Anu Malik has scored music for the film. This movie is directed by dipak tijori.
