Sonia Gandhi, Congress President and UPA Chair person in Dhaka received “Bangladesh Freedom Honour”, the country’s highest honour for any foreign national. Sonia Gandhi received this award on behalf of former Prime Minister of India Smt. Indira Gandhi.
