The video which could not be independently verified by Reuters, was purportedly shot in late September.
Activists say Syrian forces killed at least twenty seven people over three days at the end of September in an offensive to recapture the town that had come under the control of army deserters.
Syrian forces purportedly engaged in fierce confrontations with army defectors, raided and occupied homes, and evicted residents.
The United Nations says 2,700 civilians have been killed in the uprising in Syria.
The government blames the violence on foreign-backed armed groups which it says have killed at least 700 security forces.
