Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi said that Kargil is having difficulties in terms of connectivity by way of roads, air ports etc. Rahul Gandhi was addressing a public meeting in Kargil. “I am here for the work of Youth Congress” said Congress General Secretary. “I want to open the doors of Youth Congress and NSUI for the youngsters” quipped Rahul Gandhi. He paused in between during the prayer time as a mark of respect to the religious sentiments. He continued the speech by saying that he wants to strengthen the Youth Congress and NSUI. Congress General Secretary in charge of Youth Congress and NSUI also briefed about the election procedure in these outfits. “Our efforts are to bring the youth of Kargil, J&K and the entire country to the main stream politics” said Rahul Gandhi. He also urged the people of Kargil to come forward and play an active role in the electoral politics of the country.
