Generally it is not a good idea to talk to the other party's insurance company. It is really not a fair fight as you are dealing with a professional claims adjuster. They know what to ask and are probably recording you and they will chat you up and let you bring your guard down and you will tend to agree with something that is not really what happened. It is rarely a good idea to talk to the insurance company of the other driver.
