Alien space ship or elaborate special effects hoax? The latest video to cause a storm on the Internet shows more UFOs over China.
The video dated August 30th, posted on Chinese video sharing site Youku, appears to show a flying saucer at close range. The craft is seen to hover over a river and then flies over the head of spectators at close range.
Two other videos posted earlier in August show similar craft over a highway and in a residential area. The craft appears to move at an incredibly fast speed.
Yet some netizens doubt the authenticity of the videos, pointing out that the reflection of the UFO in the water appears further away from the buildings than the craft in the air. The realism and detail of the images has also caused doubts, one netizen commented on Youku: "It looks a little like the spaceship from Battle: L.A."
