British musician PJ Harvey's album 'Let England Shake' saw off fierce competition for the Mercury Prize. Harvey is the first artist to win the award twice. To do it she beat favourite Adele but other big names including Elbow, Katy B and Tinie Tempah. http://www.euronews.net/
