MY PROBLEM RESOLVED IN TIMELY MANNER...!!! I do not have my repair order handy, I apologize. I had my auto (Suzuki SUV-Grand Vitara) checked out last week. I want you to know that Chevy and Josh were excellent; the best customer service I have received in a long time! Not only were they professional, they were friendly and ensured me that my problem could be resolved. Just as they said -- it was resolved in a very timely and courteous manner. VERY SATISFIED WITH MY SERVICE!!!! Just Brakes Waco Texas Brett was the person I first met at the service counter, he was very positive and pleasant. The service guys showed me what needed to be done on my car and was very satisfied with my service. I was at a Midas about ten minutes before and your guys gave me much better service. I will recommend just brakes in the future!
