American Fitness Network went on location again to the Big Apple. While staying at the beautiful London Hotel, one must never take a vacation from exercise! The gym provided in the hotel had weights, boxing equipment, and some interesting unique machines I think most viewers will find interesting. Part 2 will explore the unique cable system while part 1 has a great workout. Both parts will give you ideas and will introduce some to new exercises.
