The La Loma Course, designed by A.W. Tillinghast, is a Fort Sam Houston military base golf course in San Antonio, TX. The Fort Sam Houston Golf Club is a quality facility that operates much like a muni. Turf Conditions at La Loma are always kept well, even during dry-periods, and the course is great for higher handicap golfers. Rates for civilians are very modest and I highly recommend the golf course.
