The Bluebird Care Hampshire Disability Project, Hampshire – competing for Best Sport Project
The Bluebird Care Hampshire Disability Cricket Programme promotes disability cricket by encouraging disabled people to play the game, encouraging them to become coaches, offering professional coaching and working with cricket clubs and advocating the inclusion of disabled cricket within them.
National Lottery funding has supported the employment of a Cricket Development Officer whose role is dedicated to developing disability cricket across the county.
