When you're running a small business you can't be worried about things that could potentially go wrong. Now, we've never actually had a fault with our Cbeyond service, but we've had the silly question that we thought was kind of important. Being able to dial one number and have someone who can answer that question with the utmost professionalism and actually know what they're talking about- it's priceless.
