Since then, we've stayed with them mainly because of the services they provide and the customer service that we've received. We use Cbeyond's secure backup to backup our POS system. We back up within our company but then we also backup online...so that we get maximum protection. We use our e-mail services to keep in contact with customers throughout the world. We ship saddles internationally...and it gives us the opportunity to answer those customer's questions and they don't have the expense of having to call us with international rates.
