VERY SATISFIED WITH OUR SERVICE!! We are very satisfied with CBeyond, especially when something goes 'wrong', which is rarely. Billing is terrific, and the customer service is very considerate of us 'Technically Challenged' persons.

STAYED WITH THEM...BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE!! BRIGHTON FEED & SADDLERY - Part I We've been a Cbeyond customer since 2003. Since then, we've stayed with them mainly because of the services they provide and the customer service that we've received. We use Cbeyond's secure backup to backup our POS system. We back up within our company but then we also backup online...so that we get maximum protection. We use our e-mail services to keep in contact with customers throughout the world. We ship saddles internationally...and it gives us the opportunity to answer those customer's questions and they don't have the expense of having to call us with international rates.
