The Italian chocolatier Claudio Corallo has lived in Africa for more than thirty-five years, first as a coffee-grower in Zaire, as the Democratic Republic of Congo was previously known, and since 1993 in Sao Tome and Principe. Corallo grows cocoa in the twin-island nation, located off the coast of West Africa, and produces his own gourmet chocolate, with a meticulous focus on purity and innovation. A voiced AFPTV report.
