I thought I would create this cool "slide-in-the-gravel" video when I accidentally locked up my front beaks... bad idea!
It wasn't a complete flip, but it felt like it at the time. This little stunt got me a broken rib on my left side.
I'm 51 and my family/friends tell me to slow down, but I'm having the time of my life riding my mountain bike.
