CBEYOND CONVERSION WAS EASY!!! Our customer service people actually go into the field as well as work in the office, so they're supporting speakers all over the country. So the laptop cards have been vital to their productivity. The Cbeyond conversion was easy. The interface we use online is very useful and simple to use and from what I hear from my managers, the conversion and the service has been excellent.
