Description:
Neurontin (Gabapentin) is an anticonvulsant used to treat seizures associated with epilepsy. It may also be used to treat pain due to abnormal nerve stimulation (neuropathic pain) and nerve pain associated with herpes zoster infection. It may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.

Gabacap, Gabapin, Gabator, Gabin, Aclonium
Use Neurontin as directed by your doctor. Check the label on the medicine for exact dosing instructions.
* Take Neurontin by mouth with or without food.
* Do not take an antacid containing aluminum or magnesium within 2 hours before you take Neurontin.
* Do not suddenly stop taking Neurontin. You may have an increased risk of side effects (eg, seizures). If you need to stop Neurontin or add a new medicine, your doctor will gradually lower your dose.
* If you miss a dose of Neurontin, take it as soon as possible...
