In this, the first part of the third episode, the filming crew grew to include Todd Thompson who appeared in the Apollo 13 episode of "From the Earth to the Moon", Jeff Greer (Gordon) and Reggie Johnson (bitten EVA astronaut) joined the crew for this production. This was the first time I applied special effects make up to an actor's face Hyaden played by Ted Christino who was being controlled by the alien organism and slowly dissolving from its venom. The make up was red food dye, vasoline and apple sauce. I almost puked applying it.
