Before I'm bashed for not actually killing the weight on the way down theres a logical reason for it. The floor in the gym is some type of matt. So when I drop the weight it tends to give the barbell a momentum which causes it to wobble. So instead I brung the weight just before I touched the floor. Any who this is my final set, 235 pounds followed by a drop to 145 lbs (not included in the video)
