When last we left Captain America, as you recall, he was dazed on the floor of a barn, as a murderous tractor lumbered right toward him. But before you give him up for gone (as I know the weak-spirited among you were ready to do), remember that (a) tractors move slowly, especially on tank treads, and (b) Cap was only dazed. All he really needed was a little time, and by golly, it only takes a wee bit of judicious re-editing to give him that time to groggily stumble to his feet and step out of the way of the tractor.
