Kundalini Yoga - Dynamic Standing Forward Fold - part of the women's fitness video series by GeoBeats. Hi, I am Kelly with Karuna Yoga. We are going to take a Dynamic Standing Forward Fold. This is going to help with the blood supply to the brain center so that our thinking is a little more sound. And it as also going to help with our hearts. It helps to steady the heart rate, which affects - positively - all of the body systems. So take the feet hip-width distance and - so that we are stable - let's have second toes parallel with each other. Lift a little bit to the belly, draw your tailbone gracefully to the ground. Take the arms over head, breathe in. Now, bend at the hips and fold forward. Root to the feet and come on up. Breathe. Exhale, hands at the hips, fold forward. Let's go one more time. Breathe it in. And exhale. Round up slowly to standing. Breathe in. And breathe out.
