Kundalini Yoga - Wide Standing Dynamic Side Stretch - part of the women's fitness video series by GeoBeats. Hi, I'm Kelly Wood with Karuna Yoga. We are going to take a wide standing dynamic side stretch. So let's take our feet wider than hips and let's make sure our second toes are parallel. We want our foundation to be stable, hips down to the legs and feet. Yeah? We are going to take our arms out to the sides. Now from here we are going to inhale and bend gracefully over left side. Note your head stays close to your arm. And then exhale, extend and reach gracefully opposite side. And lets keep it going, there is no rush. Breathe in, and breathe out. We are working with balancing the hips, the pelvis which is wonderful for emotional balance. Something that we all prefer: To feel nice and calm and centered, yes? Let's take one more each side. Inhale, and exhale. And come on back to the center. Breathe in, and breathe out.
