I am Alison Lucker with Sun in my Belly, Catering and Event Design in Atlanta, Georgia. Some of the hot catering trends that I am noticing in 2011 is a return to some comfort foods on the appetizers and H'orderves menus.
Some smaller things, things that have been made smaller like mini cheeseburgers, mini fries, things like that. There is also a more of a savvy clientele about seasonable and sustainable foods.
So I am seeing a lot of my brides being very aware where things are coming from with and they are interested in where things are coming from. And that is a very exciting trend.
