Hi, I am Kelly with Karuna Yoga. We are going to go into Tree Pose. It is a balancing posture and it is great for our focus and our concentration. So we are going to start feet hip width distance. Just get a little lift through your belly, let your shoulders release, stand nice and tall.
Now take the eyes, look at a point on the ground, on the floor, something that is not moving. Yeah? We are going to slowly lean over to one side, notice our breathing. And as we are ready, take the opposite foot to ankle, calf, or inner thigh.
Take the palms together right at the center of the chest. Breathe in and breathe out. Let yourself remain focused, grounded. Breathe in and breathe out. Excellent. So just come back to standing. Breathe in, breathe out, and we will take opposite side.
