Street Wize Foundation's "Safe in the Streetz" Mobile Outreach Unit was on hand for DC Department of Health's Wellness Wednesday Event giving out free condoms at the Reeves Center District Employee Building in Washington DC.
DC Councilman Michael Brown was there to encourage HIV Testing and awareness to all DC residents and employees.
